Gil Robinov is Executive Managing Director for the NAI Global New York City office, bringing more than 35 years experience in the New York City market to his position. Robinov's track record exceeds 25 million square feet of leased space for Fortune 500 corporations and major institutions, as well as exclusive renting agencies of more than 100 Manhattan office buildings.

Robinov offers unique advantages resulting from his extensive relationship with New York's major owners, corporations and institutions. He has counseled both landlords and tenants, and understands their particular requirements and economic perspectives. New York is the international capital of the world and is the home for more than 185 member governments of the United Nations. Robinov is recognized as the industry leader in this marketplace and has represented over 25% of these organizations. He is uniquely qualified in dealing with the intricacies of lease or commercial condominium transactions involving security, U.S. State Department approvals, construction, real estate tax exemptions, financing, diplomatic immunity and other complex issues.
Background & Experience
For 15 years he served as Executive Vice President directing the Sylvan Lawrence Company's leasing portfolio of 75 downtown and midtown buildings. During his career, he also served with distinction in positions of executive leadership with several prominent midtown and downtown real estate brokerage/consulting firms, most recently serving as Executive Managing Director with Murray Hill Properties International Advisory Group in New York City. Robinov’s has also held senior brokerage positions at GVA Williams and CB Richard Ellis.

Robinov is a faculty lecturer at New York University Real Estate Institute, and has been awarded the Colbert Coldwell Circle Award in 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999.
